It’s hard to see any progress from Third Avenue, but if you peek through the construction fence next to the pedestrian plaza on Flatbush, you can see evidence of progress. Look at the zoomed in photo, you can see at least two piles in the ground (one in front and one behind the excavator). Looks like they’re covered in wires for testing.
I’m glad they’re keeping the facade.
They took down the middle section, but I believe that’s the price for saving the other two sections.

Residential interiors will feature a rough-hewn exposed concrete aesthetic.
Hmmmmm. This doesn’t seem all that appealing to me.
Designed for people who wear Belenciaga
Tasteful modernist interior design, and fantastic ‘no-mullions’ large window. The raw concrete ceiling fortunately can be painted white.
AI Overview
A “no mullion window” refers to either a single, standalone window unit (non-mulled) for a clean, unobstructed view, or a modern “zero sightline mullion” designed to virtually disappear, offering large expansive glass areas with minimal framing for maximum light and views, often in flush casement styles. These options provide a sleek, contemporary look, unlike traditional mulled units that use fixed vertical supports (mullions) to join multiple windows, which adds structure but obstructs views.

Just me but I love it.
I also love it, if only I could afford to live there when opened ![]()
