Is this open? I cant find a website or listings anywhere
last I heard they were trying to squeeze in an extra level of sellable space. Maybe the lack of news is the result of a suit from an outside party challenging the CB approval.

Yep. And by the way on October 5th the US Supreme Court declined to review the $6.75 million judgment in favor of the artists whose aerosol art work was destroyed before these bland buildings went up. That means that the owners will now have to pay up.

They are bland indeed but decent filler. I’m of the opinion that not every non-supertall has to be dazzling. Bland buildings help the more intricate, ornate, or visually stunning buildings stand out in context.
