I’m amazed at how long it’s taking to raze those towers on 47th.

I wish that Gary had opted for a building that sets back more as it rises and have some sort of crown like 520 Fifth.

This building is lame. I hope The G-Man goes with residential just so we can have some added height.

I’m sure the office portion would fill very quickly, though.

It’s 5th Avenue for God’s sake.
