Anyone else think 55 will surpass 30 before topping out? They are really moving fast now and all the remaining floors should be the same so It should keep going quickly.
i would also estimate that this is about 40% to the top.

I think it will just miss it, 30 HY is also about to move into a phase where it should speed up (it’s fat base is almost done). I think it will slowly gain, but will not pass on 30 HY. But ya if all remained as it currently stands (pace wise) it would catch 30 HY before topping out.

It looks good, but one building with a boring shape and a great facade was enough. I’d like to see BlackRock suffer catastrophic losses to preclude it from occupying Foster’s boring box.
