I wonder how successfully these condos are selling? It is a strikingly handsome building, but those diagonal supports must be a challenge when it comes to marketing.

The diagonal supports look super cool even from the inside. I get the sense the building sold very fast.

If the city had any sense they would have been actively encouraging the developers to go higher, not lower.

Great shots!

It looks incredibly empty in there.

This building was deigned to light up at night. Now it’s just a big smudge when its dark out. It’s a great building with a dramatic design. engineering, or construction flaw. What a shame.

It is a beautiful building, yet it feels like a huge missed opportunity. From the start this could/should have been over 1200ft tall and become an icon on the skyline. Now it’s barely noticed.
