How are the sales going at this building. Hines is a quality developer. I hope they do well.

I also wish them well, but a year ago Goldman Sachs and Hines went into arbitration because they disagreed on how dramatically to cut prices (at the time only 15% of units were in contract). Not sure where they are currently.
