Overall I’m very lukewarm on this tower, but I’m definitely looking forward to the white stone accents. It will be a nice contrast to the nearly uniformly blue glass 30 HY next door.

The angled steel you see above the 5th floor is for those giant screens in the renderings
Once the 6th floor is done they’ll be working on the tower section

Thank God that we didn’t get Fistered at 270 Park. This tower is lame per se.
