Facebook’s deep pockets must be the reason Deboivoise and Plimpton got their 450K bumped - I bet they weren’t willing to come close to what facebook is willing to pay.
Facebook is paying $130/sf here. That’s stunning. This building will produce the most revenue in NYC once open - and it will probably be worth the most too.
