Renderings Revealed For Hudson Yards Autograph Hotel By Marriott, At 432 West 31st Street

Preliminary renderings have surfaced for a new 25-story Marriott hotel tower designed by architect Danny Forster. From developer Arisa Realty, the 220-key hotel is located at 432 West 31st Street and is expected to top-out at 25 stories.

ACRIS and DOB filings show that Arisa Realty purchased the 5,050-square-foot, through-block property in 2013 for $11 million and originally filed permits for a 21-story hotel designed by Stonehill & Taylor Architects.

Today, the hotel, referred to as Hudson Yards Autograph, will comprise about 120,000 square feet with hotel rooms positioned on floors three through 22. Amenities will include multiple dining area, guest lounges, and a rooftop terrace. Positioned between Manhattan West and Hudson Yards, future occupants will undoubtedly enjoy views of both rising mega-developments.

It’s about time something is done, hopefully it is actually a sign of progress though, that end portion is always super ugly to look at when walking on the bridge. You have all this nice redone sidewalk and paving then an unsightly empty lot. The design for the proposal doesn’t look that bad either.
