How’d this guy get up there?

I suppose he’s got friends in high places.
Cheeeesy. But good placement^
look at that! A fully functioning BMU. I bet Conde Nast and Co are jealous down at 1 WTC.
So the floor lights up, big deal. If you’re telling me they bought the Odyssey dance platform and installed it 90 floors up, well then color me impressed
And they’re being proactive about it too— the hoist is even still up and they’re already at it… if only Durst and our friends at the PANYNJ would learn from related lol
What’s the striping on Manhattan about?
I was trying to figure that out the other day. My best guess is it is temporary protection against the glass on the inside as they install the office interiors? I assume it will all be gone by the time it officially opens.
Your suggestion makes sense. Thanks. Surely it must be temporary given the architectural design.
I thought they were window blinds, but whatever is being installed is attached from the bottom of each glass pane to halfway up the pane. If it’s not temporary I’d actually prefer it to have stripes like this imo
Agreed. It gives an otherwise bland and boring tower some character.
Such a great shot.
