I agree, Chris.

You should spread the word on SSP that Yimby Forums is the place for NY action!

This is the Age of Ramses!

I agree. We have a lot of readers based on the statistics of web users logging in, but we need more active users as opposed to casual readers. I’ll see what I can do. A lot of users on SSP want you back btw. Many of us support you.

Hey JR, how ya doin? This is BoM Trespasser. Nice to find you over here on Yimby:) Maybe you don’t remember me, but I remember you:) It’s cool to see the progress on brutalist 1 Manhattan’s 21st century makeover. The glass is lookin good! And all that steel for Hudson Yards, wow, impressive!

Will this tower have a core like it’s shorter brother?

A tad bit bigger to accommodate the elevators.

Thanks, Dude!

Kind of crazy to think of what used to be. Phase two looks to have even more challenges covering the tracks, but I’m sure they’ve got it figured.

I wonder who owns the huge empty lots just north of Phase 2. That land could easily support two supertalls.

Is that portion under construction purely retail or part of the tower.m And thanks for your updates rw!

My pleasure, Atl.

The actual tower is several stories about street level!
