Definitely a newer render on the board, looks like they did away with the decorative looking fenestrations in the center cutouts and just extended the main facade inward to capture the sides of the cutouts.

This thing is moving fast but signs around it say parking/bus stops won’t be back until 2029! Do we think this will really take until 2029 to complete?
