There definitely is a smaller area to clad now but June would be really really quick to work, I think August/September is a better expectation of the current pace to when the building would be fully enclosed, because things seem to slow down when the mechanical floors are being clad, and the 4th tier is just about 75% mechanical floors, with the 5th tier being all mechanical cladding.
To the second question, the different building trades do not intermix with eachother, they may work for the same company etc, but they do not go on to work in a different trades’ job/work, they just go onto work on a different project. Some people “may” frequently be skilled in multiple things but its not frequent for them to work on those multiple trades in/on a single project.
