There is a large scale model in the 383 Madison lobby. I’ll see if I can snap some pictures later today.
I love those long lens shots.
A while ago, I thought this would top out by the end of the year. At their current rate, it’s looking more like February
That is the crane that will remain by itself, they built a platform for it which is what I thought was a strange addition to the east setback.
@exodius unfortunately yes, it doesnt seem like this will be topped out by the end of Nov as I had originally thought it would be. The upper mech floors are few in number but they have a lot of cross brace member sthat will still take time to build up, and the loss of another crane with only one doing the work will “slow” things down. But the new steel is the height of the next mech floor so it’s questionable if the 2nd crane will remain to help with that since it wouldve made more sense to remove it before setting up new steel.
Wow, already looks prominent from that view! And the angles are very prominent, I like that. Hoping to see more progress when I make a stop in 3 weeks
just noticed you can also see the cladding from bk now
From a few minutes ago on Earthcam.
That was really cool! At 3:53, it shows we’re at 1108’ (which puts it at 9th tallest in NY above 3WTC and below BofA) Glad to see the cladding showing up on Earthcam! Gonna be glorious during sunrises/sunsets
I was browsing through one of this youtuber’s videos on his channel, and one of them includes a a big poster diagram of the floor status of this building

Oh shoot, didn’t realize that this diagram is also in the other video lol
Since new steel was raised since that video was released the height is now around 1140’ and slightly more due to the column splices.
That diagram/poster also depicts there still being 2 cranes configuration but moved to the 4th tier bays. JRF mentioned that one crane would/could be taken down soon though.
Great (action) shot!
