Is this the water feature?

It’s honestly really hard to tell if it’s a water feature or not, or if it will just be 2 small pools of water at the base. The 2 walls are way too tall for water to not just be spraying everywhere even if it’s just a very small stream of water going down. They really just look like 2 giant walls of granite, but it is for certain that there will be 2 small pools of water at the base of each wall.

A little off topic but does anyone know what happened to robertwalpole? I thought for sure he would be in on the discussion about the water feature. I went back and he hasn’t posted anything on this building since July 2. Kind out of character for a prolific poster such as him.
