NEW YORK | 270 Park Ave | 1,389 FT | 70 FLOORS

I’ll have to get a picture but you can see the cranes from Yonkers/Westchester County now. It’s about to make its mark on the skyline.

There’s a great view of the Manhattan skyline from the Deegan/87 by Yonkers Raceway.

Yes, I believe there is an overhead bridge over the highway. I’ll try to capture a picture of it this week when I get the chance to.

Can this be a lifting device for the facade panes which is located between the fourth and the fifth floor?

Do you mean the 8th and 9th floors? I cant seem to make out anything on the 4th/5th floors, but I did mentioned some posts back (I believe as a response to one of JCHeights’ update photos) that the platforms on the 8th floor are similar to temporary facade maintenance platforms and scaffolding. They have been installed on multiple bays of the building. So yes, I suspect them to be for the cladding.

I dont understand your second comment though.

I know you can see the steel and cranes from Paulus Hook Pier, that’s where I got the demo pics in 2019. The tower is sandwiched between One Vanderbilt and the Empire State Building

The dark possible facade panels are multiplying which implies to me that more are being delivered.

The metal rods or the clips?

I deleted two posts because we are no longer allowed to post Getty images.

It’s an unusual thing to like, but I gave you a like.

What???

Getty has always had copyright protection for their photographers. It is potentially problematic to repost directly from Getty. However a lot of their photographers post photos on social media without the watermark which is fair game, providing proper credit of course.
