I wonder what the likelihood is that this’ll be topped off by this time next year 
Assuming it takes less time to add each floor in the later tiers, this will hopefully be dominating everything nearby by the summer!

Atm, I wouldn’t say it 100% will, but the chances are still very high. My construction timeline diagram that I post after Christmas should assist in viewing this possibility.

The clips are a few floors up, so hopefully they start the facade soon. The 2nd level of diamond is past the halfway pt too.

I had to do a double-take with Steinway and CPT. I thought it was an old photo with the Steinway scaffold still up at first. But it’s just CPT aligned behind it.
