NEW YORK | 270 Park Ave | 1,389 FT | 70 FLOORS

I wonder what the likelihood is that this’ll be topped off by this time next year  Assuming it takes less time to add each floor in the later tiers, this will hopefully be dominating everything nearby by the summer! :star_struck:

Atm, I wouldn’t say it 100% will, but the chances are still very high. My construction timeline diagram that I post after Christmas should assist in viewing this possibility.

Poor little Chrysler building, dethroned - :face_exhaling:

Lol, none of those beautiful old buildings will ever be dethroned by a glass box.

But to be dethroned by that beauty that will be NYC’s tallest is a different story.

Quality is always better than quantity.

My point exactly. The quality of 175 Park Avenue is magnificent!

But anyway, the quality of 270 Park is pretty good.

270 and 175 Park are just the beginning.

The design of 175 Park Ave better fits Malaysia or Dubai than NY.

There will eventually be a sea of 1,500+ footers in NYC.

I’m thrilled, I hope for 2000 ft.

To replace the sea of 800 footers it looked like ten years ago.

The clips are a few floors up, so hopefully they start the facade soon. The 2nd level of diamond is past the halfway pt too.

I had to do a double-take with Steinway and CPT. I thought it was an old photo with the Steinway scaffold still up at first. But it’s just CPT aligned behind it.
