Earlier today I noticed there were workers on the steel platform under the cantilevered section, including one climbing a ladder connecting the platform to a hole on the bottom of the lowest cantilevered floor.

Listen Joe, we need you to climb up on your ladder, reach over to the drain, and pull the plug on this project.
