NEW YORK | 40 E 35th St | 18 Fl | 191 FT

It would be ideal if Eichner acquires the adjacent, Mt. Sinai property (55 E 34th).

This is the junk on 34th that’s adjacent to Eichner’s site on 35th.

This tower will have very nice views.

It would be nice if these gorgeous townhouses just west of the site were restored.

It would be nice if Eichner could acquire some of the garbage on 34th.

It would be very sad if Eichner doesn’t acquire this adjacent garbage on 34th St from Montefiore.

This firm may be doing the interior design. I like this splash page: JOY UTILITY CRAFT. I think that is a reference to my favorite core architectural principal - The Vitruvian Triad.
