Now all they need to do is replace these 2 ugly 50s era buildings and this will be the most attractive streetscape in the city.

I just found out this building was built in the 90s and it’s amazing!!!
I feel like 25PR is another example that beautiful buildings that are "on brand " with classic NY can still exist.
