This is about the point in construction where some of the interiors are completed and fully photographed. Those ‘oversized’ windows look much larger from the inside looking out: great views, bright natural light. The interiors are always interesting to see; these I like - not overdone with extraneous wall/ceiling trim and odd built-in features.

Is the detailing near the ceiling the ventilation system?

I don’t understand it either. There’s a gap in the molding for ventilation and a gap above the molding for ventilation? Wouldn’t one gap be good enough? Also the window openings are very deep, not unlike 432 Park, probably due to the thinness of the structure.

LOL was thinking the same.
While they’re living in their own dream world, they might as well release a rendering of it in the middle of Central Park, or on it’s own private island.

This tour starts with a drone flight: then on to some interior views. I am curious about the crown moulding put in each room: those ‘gaps’ at the top and middle. I know that is not heating/ventillation, so maybe lighting or just an empty gap. The exterior is a classic beauty. Those crown moulding are not typical; but do add a touch of elegance.
