This site…American Bible society, I think has roughly 300k sf for development. I hope this sucker will rise at least 750-800’ tall.

Rendering from April. Looks promising. IDK if the design changed or not, but yeah, 700-800’ looks about right.

Something tall should rise in the old Synagogue site on Amsterdam too. It has around 350k SF and is a small site.
