This is a beautiful building in a gorgeous area, but I wish that Mayor Adams would work his magic and close many traffic lanes here. Crossing this intersection is like crossing the Egyptian desert sans Moses and Mannah.

This infill project reminds me of another very nice small building down the street recently completed at Franklin and Sixth Avenue. They both involve small, tricky, triangular sites. And both are well designed.

Yes, It is great to see all those plots being completed. I believe they are the result of left scars from the EL train.

Nice to see more low rise (or is it mid-rise) buildings posted on this forum. This one is particularly nice.

I think this group of architectural beauties lined up on this block go quite nicely together. In terms of interior natural light and views out - 14 White Street is a bit better in that regard.

Architecture is about finding the optimal combination of aesthetics & function: in that regard this building is brilliant in terms of both and form/function. Another modernist masterpiece in the making….

I hope this these window frame sections are made of some solid substantial looking material.

My guess it will be made of sheet metal, and hollow inside: which is ok, but always looks a bit cheep to my discerning eye.
