This just recently topped out, and… the ground-floor retail is already open! (It’s a tiny Starbucks and a Vitamin Shoppe.)
The facade material feels weirdly solid, like painted wood. I’m sure it’s something else, but it doesn’t seem to be metal sheeting, as one might assume.
