that’s not even really “before” 432 is up and so is One57. I think a fun 10 year comparison will be 2012 to 2022. By that point most of Hudson will be up and Vandy 1 should be too.
Looks good! I guess we could remove the spire though on CPT. Other than that, it looks incredibly tall from that angle!
