Does BMU stand for something like Building Maintenance Unit? I don’t suppose residents will have access to the very top portion of the building which is supposed to get so slender as to “disappear into thin air”? Does anyone know what the dimensions of the very top will be?

So I just looked at the zoning documents and the biggest tower section is exactly 58.75x79.84. Since each setback is 5.42 feet and there is 12 setbacks to the top crown, the very top is actually 58.73×14.8.
That’s a shame residents can’t go up to the very top, it’s not so thin up there they’d have to move single file.
