Looks like there is about the same amount to go for CPT and Steinway but Steinway is getting smaller as it goes up. Guess it will top out first?

That’s what everyone is speculating and it does make sense. I also love seeing multiple towers u/c in the same city, and Manhattan is currently on fire with that. Hardly happens here…

I think there’s a high chance Steinway will top out first especially if CPT has to build through more mechanical floors which can slow things down.
