They still have a lot of missing windows to install. And with one BMU they are probably only doing one a day weather permitting. Central Park Tower has been going crazy with four or five out at once

I am assuming that is the ‘window cleaning’ rig up there: but not sure. Is this building still under construction to some extent. This may be repair work on the damaged panels from the crane work.
The building is a beauty; but has been one of the most time consuming, litigation filled, controversial building’s ever constructed in NYC.
Then again: maybe the XI twisty towers downtown will qualify the the most ‘problematic’ residential construction project in NYC - time will tell.
