The structural steel cross beams visible through the Louvre Panels on the crown is not a great look: looks a bit CaCa.
I am willing to wager this was an unexpected outcome; perhaps the structural engineers required more ‘stiffness’ than the Architects anticipated.
Who knows for sure, but that is only a quibble - the overall affect is stunning.
With a good powerwash of those windows and the completion of the LEDs, this tower is gonna dazzle people day and night!!
