Ahh - the waterwall is in the private residents garden - I was able to see it and it’s quite nice in real life and drowns out the traffic noise. Both gardens are effectively identical to the plans…

This is a stunning building except for the BMU. What a disastrous decision it was to leave it so visible. Architectural malpractice.

I live right near this place— block literally smells like a POS. Absolute garbage. Needs to go. The union could sell it for top dollar, i dont know why they haven’t yet
