This facade has those faceted window bays that add a lot of texture and beauty to both the exterior and INTERIOR. This is one of the finest works of Architectural design in the Downtown Brooklyn area.

Current photo: part of the interior and entrance seems to be in the final stages of completion. This is a very ‘cool looking’ building.

They’ve done some really nice things with the sidewalk and planters (not really shown here), but what strikes me most is how they somehow managed to make the actual curbs wavy on the two side streets. I didn’t even realize that was legal. (Is it?)

Yes, I was wondering the same.
They look really nice. I believe it has something to do with this: Downtown Brooklyn Public Realm Action Plan.
We usually get painted asphalt, but in this case we got the real thing.
