Wow. Looks like this is almost ready to start moving up. With this and 30 HY rising simultaneously cranes are just going to dominate the local skyline! (esp if 15 and 35 HY are also rising in sync)

Nice! I like the fact that the occupied height seems to be just below roof height. :slight_smile:

I’m glad most of the west side towers will be wide but still quite tall. It’s a nice contrast from 57th street.

That steel is so thick.

Will 1&2 MW be all steel with no concrete core? Like 30 hudson yards? I guess it would make sense since they both sit over the rr tracks, but never thought of it til now.
