Still no plans to link the breezeway with the High Line spur are there? Seems like a total no-brainer from an urban planning standpoint, but I guess it would require the motivation and cooperation of multiple developers and government agencies.

They should cover all of Dyer Ave with decking and make a park/plaza. It looks terrible and is a waste of space.

Is there a plan or are you speculating?
Hopefully, the new PABT will rise a little further north over the spaghetti network, and the rest of Dyer to the south will be covered and made into a park.

I read somewhere that it will be covered as well. I’m 100% positive.
its already been covered for a portion. the plaza will lead into 450, so it will be covered.
The whole stretch of Dyer or just the bit to the south of 450?
