Absolutely ridiculous that this is so short, as it is only two blocks from 360 State Street, a 31-story building.
The developers and the city planning commission should be embarrassed and ashamed.

They should give this treatment to all of State street along the tracks, back to how it used to be.
according to the article, the shorter building will begin in 2026 with the taller one coming after
Yup. And they are putting the denser part of the development farther from the tracks. Ass backward.
They also mention developing the parking lot nearby on George Street. Hopefully that isn’t too far off in the future
