Why Miami and not his hometown?
Itās great that this will replace a surface parking lot. However, its a shame that Trump doesnāt have to pay to get the land. Then again, the state of Florida bends over for the mush-brained pedophile (Theyāre even renaming West Palm Beach airport after him)
Design-wise, the building is pretty basic and gives me 1 WTC vibes due to its shape. I donāt hate it. Itāll be the first building in Miami to actually have a spire.

I was in Miami in February and I thought an A380 taking off towards the ocean might hit one of the downtown buildings. It probably wasnāt even that close, but that height cap is definitely there for a reason.
A plateau like in Singapore isnāt such a horrible thing.
