Miami’s getting a lot of supertalls at almost the same height as each other proposed because of the FAA cap. Unlikely to happen but I hope we get a taller supertall around there to prevent it from turning into a plateau

I don’t think it’s a terrible design, and I hate how people overreact over a name. I don’t trust him, but people’s reactions are inflated…it’s a building. Not to mention he already has several buildings around the world since the 80’s. It’s a pretty basic design and I think that’s why I like it…I just hope the video posted by Eric Trump wasn’t AI edits and actual renderings

The design is boring and is like 90% a copy of 1 WTC in the best case.
