Though rn I don’t know about its chances. If they can secure the funding then it would be a ridiculously profitable trainline. DC to NYC in an hour? I mean come on people would be taking it just for the novelty

Yes, a megatall in NYC would be very great! But for now, at least we got Affirmation Tower which will be the first skyscraper to reach 500+ meters (1640+ ft)

Yoo, imagine the spire being reinstated on CPT. It would’ve been the second (if not the tallest) building in the Western Hemisphere by architectural height.

I wish but that’s unlikely. There may be no height limits but they still have to operate with their own sqft. Theres not enough for them to sustainability build a megatall
