this must be the most banal design in the entire woods bagot portfolio

It’s a lot less forgiveable than the cheap design of the Namdar buildings because the rents in the taller towers right by PATH are twice as high as in the Namdar buildings.

They have a much bigger budget to work with than Namdar.
