Is the part in the foreground part of 618 or is it another property?
The photo shows three sites-- 618 Pavonia (topped out), 26 Van Reipen (under construction), and the vacant lots where “The Cottage” (11-29 Cottage St) may be built.

I believe “The Cottage” is still waiting for the final building to be torn down, the one on the corner (the gray wall in the above photo).

You are right @the726 ! 25-29 cottage is still up- probably waiting for the lease to expire?

Possibly - I thought it’s been emptied out long ago. A demo permit has not yet been submitted so it’s probably taking some time.

Is that boarded up house going to be demolished for a larger building?
It suffered a fire a couple years ago, probably has to be demolished.
So this will be two towers now … they are building a second tower as an addition to the existing tower on the site where the little house is, plus another 5 houses next door…
Construction of a 27 story addition to the existing 27 story building. The addition will contain 494 residential units, retail/commercial space, office space and 294 bicycle parking spaces.
