The ongoing saga of the Glenwood Power Plant building; the redevelopment plans are stalled due to unresolved questions regarding the Community Benefit Package.
Here is my cynical assumption regarding this GREEN project intended to house non-profit “environmental groups”. A “a global home for climate solutions.”
