Yes, a five story parking garage with 350 parking spaces. It’s replacing a surface lot while also trying to meet the additional spaces required for the building.

Looks like 60 Alexander may be back at the Planning Board with a 30 story, 346ft tall tower by the waterfront. Will have to check the PB agenda when it releases next month.

Is this Extell? I thought they were supposed to build in place of the Blue Cube.
No, this is from a different developer. Extell is building along the waterfront so this site isn’t too far from Hudson Piers.

This is right by the Saw Mill and Cross County Pkwy, so I’m not surprised they expect most residents would have a car.
