Finally seeing progress on 44 Hudson Street. On its fourth floor and rising.
Don’t know the exact project for this one but it’s address is 9-11 Riverdale Ave.

In my opinion, I like this proposal. It’s a huge improvement over the existing casino and will attract people from both The Bronx and Westchester area. It also gives people a reason to visit Yonkers besides going to Cross County, Ridge Hill, and the waterfront. Screenshots via City of Yonkers and MGMResorts

Construction in Yonkers seems to be slow. It took them three years for it to finally start rising.
