I thought there were meant to be 4 buildings. Why are they only showing 2 here?
Marketing the two for leasing. The next 2 are already being built.
the plaza is open. You can get a good vantage point on the second phase construction. There’s a nice breezeway between the first two buildings leading out to the cross street. Also, the cladding seems much darker now. Maybe some blinds on the inside. But it’s almost black.
When I saw this a couple weeks ago, they seemed to be building additional buildings where the park is located in the renderings? Is it meant to be a park or additional buildings going there?
The YIMBY article is erroneous. These renderings have been out for awhile (i think they were previously posted here!) and they depict the first phase. Both 25 Cottage and 5 Cottage were constructed simultaneously, and the next phase has another pair of buildings.

The fourth building is starting to rise. Seems like little is known about the two buildings they are currently constructing. I wonder if they will ever release renderings of what the whole site will look like.
There have been a myriad of renderings but believe they will simply be mirrors of the first phase.
