The 220,000-square-foot facility will house five specialty centers offering services including cardiovascular care, neurology, OB/GYN, behavioral health and pediatrics. Additional care will be available in dermatology, surgery, infusion, imaging and rehabilitation.

Paul Dunphey, president of NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital, said the goal is to create a hub where patients can conveniently receive healthcare services in one location.

NewYork-Presbyterian bought the 26-acre campus in 2022 and has since transformed the former Pepsico office building into a modern medical complex, adding operating rooms, medical offices, a new parking lot and energy-efficient designs.
