So- what are you most looking forward to in 2020?

I have a lot on my list but I’ll just start off with my number 1…

9 DeKalb finally rising! Should be soon too.

-Brooklyn East River waterfront developments
-5 WTC
-The Spiral and 50 Hudson Yards topping out
-14 LeCount in New Rochelle + Maybe 11 Lawton starting up
-9 DeKalb going skyward

I agree with everything above, but I gotta say it again. 2 World Trade Center. This year has two 2’s in it, we need another 2 to rise

• I the most excited this year to see the WTC PAC taking shape as well as seeing what the design for WTC 5 will be.

• Hoping for more announcements about companies moving to WTC 1 and WTC 3 so those awful construction lights could be gone.

• Any news about Hudson Yards phase 2 or designs being released this year.

• Seeing Manhattan West 2 rise along with, hopefully, 45 Broad St.

  • Seeing 130 William lit up
  • Checking out The Edge at 30 HY
  • WTC PAC
  • Subway cars with open gangways (is that happening this year?)
  • The Bean thing being completed at 56 Leonard
  • I want to say 2WTC but I’ve lost hope sadly to say
  • 247 Cherry St happening (doesn’t seem likely)
  • Major progress with Penn Station/ESA/LaGuardia

6 months left. Glad to see 9 dekalb rising and multiple tower cranes over New Rochelle. Still hopeful for 2 WTC renderings, but I don’t foresee a resumption of construction.
