This 550-foot-tall, 26-story project was planned for the site between the Washington Building and the Stevens Hotel (site of the Bowling Green Building). The foundation consists entirely of steel beams (flat foundation), this foundation would cover the entire base area under the cellar. Similar to the Equitable Life Building, an arcade would be located in the entrance area of the building. Which would run from Broadeay to Greenwich Street.

Of course he claimed that “Jesus revealed it to him in a dream” rather than being honest and giving credit

It’s not even an official proposal, yet it’s being plastered everywhere like it’s an actual proposal. Good thing this was posted on the right forum on this site
The guy peddling it is very weird (and dishonest) but very committed to his craft you can say.
I don’t understand why he’s chasing city officials and visiting from the UK to scope the site, like any developer is going to pour $10B+ to build this 
Also his YT channel states he’s 17 years old…if a 17 year old can rebuild the Twin Towers that’s VERY impressive. But it’s gonna happen…just like the Bank of the Southwest Tower OOOH wait. This shouldn’t be taken seriously…not to mention it also looks too similar to the Twin Towers II proposal endorsed by Trump in the mid 2000’s, look at the smaller buildings surrounding the Twins. It’s a very nice 3d model of a rebuilt site in a different city, but it has no chance
He’s not 17 years old for a while now and you can find him in instagram. He also recycled signatures of support for the original Twin Towers II plan to create a false pretense of support for the design he clearly copied off from me (as evident in the likes list of the post i linked, too)
