Are there any observation decks open in Philadelphia? I am planning a trip for the middle of February and hope to see the skyline again!
City Hall, extremely cheap. One Liberty Observation Deck officially closed this year, but of you can get an invite you can go to the top of the Comcast Technology Center

Yea, there’s a sky bar up there
And you have to get invited?
Either someone at the Four Seasons can invite you or you can stay in the Four Seasons and go up I believe
