This has been downsized to just an apartment building now (no hotel).
Apparently construction equipment arrived on site today.
Not that much shorter, still will be dominant in the skyline. About time this thing gets off the ground!

I don’t think it’s “SLS” anything anymore, since that’s a hotel brand and this will no longer contain a hotel.
The latest building permit, dated Feb 13, 2019, shows 44 floors.
My bad, I thought it was still SLS and 45 floors

The newest permits I can find still say 44 floors, but the developer is claiming 47 floors.
