Looks great! What site or platform do you use to create your renderings, they are very good!

For many years I’ve been using an app called PicsArt. All of my drawings have been drawn on my phone with my finger tips (including a lot of stuff for Philly YIMBY articles), no pen needed. Back in 2017 I used a tabled for a bit, but I found it easier to do everything with my hands

Sorry for posting the same photo on multiple threads (I’ll have some new ones tomorrow), but just wanted to show this graphic. All three towers have been built since 2018, and are some of the most prominent in the city. Really just goes to show how much the city has grown in recent years. Hopefully the trend continues, we have a couple potential 500+ footers proposed, 700+ over at Penn’s Landing, and almost 700 at Cathedral Place, plus two long term super talks in University City. It would be incredible to see these buildings actually come to fruition.
