Pic by me. Taken today. Philly under blinding fog and rain. I was in NYC a few days ago after not going there for a while, same for Philly… and damn… rain and fog. 
We need spring and clear days!

One Riverside, developed by Dranoff. Who also developed Arthaus. Just a shame One Riverside partially ruined the South Street Bridge view
